I believe this wasn't their first try that day. They all look tired/sweaty. But you can only tell from their faces for a fraction at a time when they are breathing hard, then immediately they go back to cool facial expressions, and their physical performance is EXACTLY as if they weren't tired. They just keep persevering and give it 100% no matter how tired they are. And they still nail it. It's incredible to me! Truly awestruck.

Y'all look at Hoseok, this choreography was literally made for him. You can see how much he enjoys this routine, his expression energy. He absolutely loves it.
In the On performance video, Jimin said "On has the second most toughest choreography. Idol has the toughest choreo and they always become breathless after performing Idol"
